ASBA Marketing & Sales Executive Connection MASTERS Session Spurs 25% Increase in Sales for Desert Breeze Glass 

PHOENIX, Ariz. (June 20, 2005) -- Steven Scheeler has reported a 25% increase in sales for Desert Breeze Glass in the past two months resulting from an idea generated in a Marketing And Sales Tactics, Engaging Real Solutions (MASTERS) Session at the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) on April 18, 2005. Through an application process, his small business was selected to participate in this session which takes one small business through a two-hour brainstorming session to develop immediate, workable marketing and sales ideas.

          Scheeler said he so far has implemented only one idea, but it resulted in a 25% increase in consumer calls over the two months since the MASTERS brainstorming session. What he did was send a news release introducing Desert Breeze Glass as the exclusive Arizona provider of Diamon Fusion, a glass treatment which significantly reduces windshield damage.

          Another local business owner, Valerie Simpson of A to Z Organizing Pros, described her positive experience as a participant in the session's audience, "I liked that other business owners in the room provided input, and that all the ideas were recapped and sent to all attendees after the fact. I also appreciated the creative exercises and tools used throughout the session: the hands-on activity at the beginning to open up everyone's right brain, idea stimulation cards to encourage outside-the-box thinking, and mapping the ideas and posting them on the walls," said Simpson.
